• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are listed in USD and include all applicable taxes
• Payment must be received before download access is granted
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time

2.3 Order Confirmation

After successful payment, you will receive:

• An order confirmation email with purchase details
• Download links for your purchased ebooks
• Access to re-download your purchases through the "My Orders" page

3. License and Usage Rights

3.1 Limited License

When you purchase an ebook, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to:

• Download and store the ebook on your personal devices
• Read the ebook for personal, non-commercial use
• Make backup copies for personal use

3.2 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the ebooks
• Remove or modify copyright notices or DRM protection
• Use the ebooks for commercial purposes
• Share your download links with others
• Upload ebooks to file-sharing platforms

4. Download Limits

Each purchase includes:

• 3 downloads per ebook to accommodate multiple devices or backup needs
• Downloads expire when the limit is reached
• Additional downloads may be granted at our discretion for technical issues

If you exhaust your downloads due to technical problems, contact us for assistance.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Digital Goods

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Ebooks cannot be returned once download links have been delivered.

5.2 Exceptions

Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

• Technical issues preventing file download (we will attempt to resolve first)
• Significant file corruption or quality issues
• Duplicate purchases (refund of duplicate only)
• Unauthorized charges (requires verification)

5.3 Refund Process

To request a refund:
